REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Cancel Items and Orders
You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.

To cancel orders before they are shipped
- Go to 'Your Orders'
- Select the item you want to cancel and click 'Cancel items'.
- Provide reasons for cancellation (optional) and proceed.
To cancel orders that are already shipped
- Go to 'Your Orders'
- Select the 'Request Cancellation' option and proceed
- The items will be returned to OriginO.shop for a refund (if the payment is already made)
Note: In case you are still contacted for delivery or do not see an option to cancel in Your Orders, please refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery.
For your cancelled orders, we will refund the amount (if the payment is already made) to the original payment method.
Note:
- If your order is combined with other active orders from your account and is shipped as a single shipment (common tracking number), then cancelling one order/item would result in cancellation of all the other orders/items combined in the shipment.
- If you have cancelled an order partially, the refund of the partially cancelled order will be issued once other items in the order have been fulfilled.
- For orders shipped directly by the seller, you can cancel from 'Your Orders' within 30 minutes by clicking on 'View order details' and then selecting 'Cancel Item'. After 30 minutes, and up until the time the order ships, you can request a cancellation from the seller. Your order will be cancelled by the seller and refund will be processed to your original payment method by the seller, if the payment was already made. In case you are still contacted for delivery or do not see an option to cancel in 'Your Orders', please refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery.

Refund for Cash on Delivery Orders:
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or OriginO.shop account (as O Wallet).
If you wish to receive the Cash on Delivery order's refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account from the Returns Centre when you are returning an item.
To add your bank account through mobile app: Go to Orders → Click on the order you want to return → Select Return or Replace items option → Select 'Refund to your bank account' → Select 'Choose a bank account' → Select 'Add a new bank account', and enter your bank account details.
To add your bank account through website: Go to Orders → Click on the order you want to return → Select go to Return or Replacement items option → Select 'Refund to your bank account' → Select 'Choose a bank account' → Select 'Add a new bank account', and enter your bank account details.
Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your OriginO.shop account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
Shipping Cost Refunds
For Fulfilled by OriginO.shop and Best-selling products return shipping costs of upto Rs.100 will be refunded. All such refunds will be issued to your O Wallet.
If you're returning a Seller-Fulfilled item, you can request the seller to reimburse the return shipping charges you incurred. In such cases, a seller might ask you to provide the courier receipt.
Note: The seller will not refund the shipping cost incurred in case of remorse returns.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY
1. Definition of a Dispute
A dispute occurs when a buyer or seller has an unresolved issue related to:

PRODUCT PACKAGING
Food products must not be packaged with chemicals and hazardous materials. These products must be packaged in appropriate boxes to avoid contamination and migration of odours and flavours. Examples of chemicals and hazardous materials: batteries, insecticide, repellent, lubricants, nail polish, nail polish remover, perfume, general removers, deodorant and cleaning materials such as detergents, disinfectants, multi-purpose cleaners, soap, alcohol, furniture polish, dishwasher tablets, fabric softener, washing powder/liquid, room odorizes and bleach.
Food and beverages in glass packaging must be prepacked in proper packing material.
Note: Use a box that is slightly larger than the full volume so as not to cause breakage or excessive pressure on the products. If you choose a much larger box, make sure that the products are not completely loose and are not damaged during transport. To avoid loose items inside the box, use a cushioning material such as wrinkled paper, plastic or any other soft material to fill the void.
Transportation
Only use clean vehicles in good condition. These must be free of foreign objects, odours, pests and substances that can contaminate the products. Remember: All the food products must be delivered with their original quality and integrity, as purchased by customers.

Each image is carefully selected to reflect the true look and feel of the item. However, please note that the actual colours you see may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device type, brightness levels, and display technology.
