Shipping Standard Policies

We currently offer delivery services across India, including all major metropolitan cities and selected non-metro locations. Our logistics partners are continuously expanding their reach, so we're always working to serve more pin codes and deliver your orders efficiently, no matter where you are.

We have a dedicated logistics team that will pick up your products from the vendor and hand-deliver it to you, we try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it's beyond our control.

Shipping Time

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it within 24 hours Intra City, if it is between different City and State 2-3 days. You'll receive a confirmation Email/SMS once your order is packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Once your order is packed and dispatched from Fulfilment centres, Vendor warehouses, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS, allowing you to monitor the real-time status of your delivery. This link will provide regular updates from dispatch to last-mile delivery.

Shipping Processing Time

You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Order Tracking page / By clicking dispatch confirmation SMS/ Email and entering your Order ID, It's quick, easy, and available 24/7.

Delivery timelines vary based on location 24 hours Intra City, if it is between different City and State 2-3 days. However, during peak seasons, national holidays, or unexpected events (like weather disruptions), there may be slight delays. We always aim to keep you informed through timely updates and tracking links.

Shipping Prices

We offer free shipping on selected categories / Subscription based*. Orders other than selected categories may carry a standard shipping fee, which will be clearly mentioned during checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) may attract an additional fee, and its availability depends on the delivery pin code and will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not support international shipping.

Delivery Attempts and Returns

In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, our courier partners will retry or contact you directly. If the order remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to origin, and refund policies will apply as per our terms.
